Drift is an out-of-office (OOO) management platform that helps users manage their email and Slack communications during time away. The Service includes:

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Drift offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may disconnect these integrations at any time from your account settings. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms of service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@withdrift.io. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with the Governing Law section above.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
